  This very special oasis will take you to a different and more elevated place than almost any yoga practice available in the Bay Area. It's the most beautiful, grounded place that I've ever practiced yoga in the US. The studio is small and warm and inviting, but the most important factor is Mellara. Her classes are gorgeous, her spirit is gorgeous, and there is a beautiful vibe that is unique and special. If you are looking for authentic and grounded - the search ends here.
