  Marcus Hinds has to be the most creative agent we have met.
  Marcus not only helps the Sellers,he helps the Buyers too.
  If one lender is not able to do the financing,Marcus will find another lender who can get it done. He finds solutions to all the hurdles,because failing is not an option for him. He turns every stone. His knowledge of the financial and real state market makes him a powerful agent.
  When we were ready to sell our house in San Pablo, Marcus came by,
  looked around and made important suggestions to get the house ready
  and attractive for buyers. We found the Buyers who were having a hard time qualifying.That's when Marcus got into his creative mode.He found Lenders who could work with the Buyers,and helped them along every hurdle with patience. So he was helping overcome our problems,
  and at the same time helping the Buyers,and to top it off,he cut his fee in half just to keep us happy. It was a difficult case,but Marcus was able to navigate through and made connections with smart and capable agents to compliment his creativity,and after some delays,
  we were able to close Escrow.
